Q. The top plastic part of my radiator (the tank) is cracked and leaking. Can you repair this?
A. Plastic tanks usually last between 7 and 10 years, depending on frequency of use. They crack because the plastic has become old and brittle and hence cannot be repaired. However we can certainly help you with a tank replacement if your core is in good condition, or a new radiator.
Q. How long does it take to replace my radiator?
The time it takes will depend on the model of your car and difficulty of removal and installation. Generally, we need your car for around 2 hours.
Q. How do I get a quote for a re-core?
It is best to send us a photo of your radiator and measure just the core (not including the sidebands or top and bottom tanks).
Q. Do I need to make an appointment for an installation?
A. Yes, we would prefer that you make an appointment so that we can dedicate a period of time to the installation of your radiator.
Q. What’s the difference between copper radiators and aluminum radiators?
A.
Q. Can you repair an aluminum core?
A. If the core has been damaged externally, we may be able to repair the tubes depending on the location of the damage. If the leak is from internal corrosion, generally these cannot be repaired.
Q. Can you repair a copper radiator?
A. Yes, we can repair copper cores, including repairs to any brass tanks or fittings.
Q. Why is there such a difference in the price of radiators?

Q. Do we ship to the family Islands?
A. Yes, we pick up and also deliver to the mail boat or the airport.
Q. How can I pay?
A. You can pay with cash, all major credit and debit cards, as well as through bank transfers.
