Our car radiator experts will assess the condition of your car’s radiator and cooling system. Sometimes all a radiator needs is a good clean out to restore your vehicle’s cooling performance.
If any issues are diagnosed, we’ll determine whether your car’s radiator needs replacing or repairing before work commences on it. We offer free cooling system checks and our parts and workmanship are covered by a warranty.
We understand that for a lot of our customers their truck is their livelihood, so we offer the fastest turn around service possible to keep your truck on the road.
The whole truck or just the radiator on its own can be brought into the workshop for our radiator specialists to carry out an inspection to identify any faults or damage.
Sometimes all the radiator needs is a professional clean out to get it back to working order, or if it is damaged or fatigued it may need a recore. When possible, the radiator tanks can be removed and reused while the core of the radiator can be repaired or replaced. Many options of cores can be configured to suit varying working conditions. If needed, we can even manufacture a bigger, more efficient radiator to improve your vehicle’s cooling ability.
We provide a detailed quote before we start any work on your radiator. We offer free cooling system checks, and our parts and workmanship are covered by a warranty.
Due to the important role they play as an emergency ‘back up’ electrical supply, our technicians can visit your location to inspect the radiator to see if the radiator can be repaired or must be replaced. Whenever possible, repairs can be done “on site”. If the radiator core has to be replaced the work can be scheduled for a time that will minimize any disruption (including after 5 weekdays and also during weekends).
Due to the large size of heavy machinery, faulty radiators are typically removed and brought in separately to the workshop for repairs.
If the radiator requires a re-core, the size is carefully measured and recorded along with other details so an accurate quote can be provided.
Once the quote is approved by the customer, new component parts are sourced and fitted.
A final test is then carried out on the reassembled radiator to confirm everything is in working order.
